Consumer Agreement

Our Terms and Conditions:

As long as the aircraft is certified and the flight crew is appropriately trained for the FAA / EASA LOAs authorizations that are requested, FAA/EASA Approval is guaranteed. 

SourceOne Aviation Compliance’s receipt of an online application or a purchase order is an authorization to start and complete work. 

Payments can be accepted via Chase Paymentech*, Paypal, wire transfer, & company check (A Paypal Account is not required to purchase). 

*Chase Paymentech is highly recommended for International Orders by selecting “Credit Card” as the payment selection. 

Operator understands the duration of the FAA/EASA approval process through the FAA/EASA depends on each FSDO/Regulatory Office’s workload and should be verified by contacting their FAA/EASA office. 

The Operator understands that their designated FAA/EASA Responsible Person/Representative designated on this form must be the first point of contact for the FAA/EASA. 

Any technical questions or changes to the related program manual can be directed to SourceOne Aviation Compliance until the LOA(s) or Opspecs are issued.

Refund Policy:

At or before 24 hours, a purchase order/invoice is received and within 24 hours upon notificationin writing of cancellation from the person who placed the purchase order, a full refund will be issued to the credit card by the person who submitted payment.

After 24 hours, a purchase order/invoice is received, refunds are prorated based on amount of labor and work performed, Checklists provided, on phone or email consulting, editing or creating each program, and or OpSpec or LOA application(s) by SourceOne Aviation Compliance. A refund is only issued to the same credit card used by the original person who purchased the product(s).

After 5 months, a purchase order/invoice is received, a refund will not be issued for a Client’s Purchase Order/Invoice. The Client will be issued a store credit that may be used at the time or in the future for any program the customer did not complete.

Shipping & Delivery

At this time, SourceOne Aviation Compliance ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, SourceOne Aviation Compliance ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, and to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. We use FedEx only and all charges for shipping both domestic and international are the responsibility of the recipient and client. All Paper Manuals and Documents are shipped with Adult Signature Required.

International

Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient and client of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. SourceOne Aviation Compliance is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.

Return Policy

You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment options listed in (link to Payment Options). SourceOne Aviation Compliance reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you.

Return Policy “You may return damaged or defective Aviation Manuals and must file a claim with FedEx and notify SourceOne Aviation Compliance within 10 days of the original delivery date for a full replacement when any product has been damaged by the shipping company or delivery process.  We will only issue a refund to the credit card used at the time of checkout if a payment is in error of the correct amount.  Refunds are considered on a case by case basis based on the amount work completed on each purchase order and manual. To initiate a refund or exchange please contact us for instructions. ”.
